As well as agreeing the notes of the previous meeting, the Board received an update from the Welsh Government (WG) on various matters including the restructuring of WG groups to better reflect Ministerial portfolios. Work going on to respond to the war in Ukraine was also outlined including the collaboration between WG, Local Government and Registered Social Landlords (RSLs).

The Board also received the Chair’s report of his recent activity and discussed the recently published sector risk overview, the regulatory judgement programme and were advised the social landlords’ tenant satisfaction data would be published shortly.

The Board agreed to discuss potential “Thematic Review” topics at the next meeting.
