Diffiniad

The main features of an education administration are that it can be used where an FE corporation is unable to or is likely to become unable to pay its debts; the court appoints an education administrator on the application of the Welsh Ministers; and the education administrator manages the corporation’s affairs, business and property with a view to avoiding or minimising disruption to the studies of existing learners.
