North Wales Procurement Partnership.The six local authorities in North Wales have set up the Partnership with the view to establishing collaborative contracts and framework agreements for a range of goods and services that will be available to other public sector organisations in North Wales. The overall aim is to deliver value for money, cash releasing savings for each authority.
