Species Control Agreements and Species Control Orders set out measures that must be taken to control or eradicate an invasive non-native animal or plant. Species Control Orders are compulsory and can be used to compel certain actions in respect of invasive non-native species when the voluntary approach has failed or the situation is urgent.
