Diffiniad

The term "super-affirmative" refers to the procedure whereby Parliament has the opportunity to comment on a proposal for a statutory instrument before the instrument itself is brought forward for Parliamentary approval. The regulatory reform procedure is a particular form of the superaffirmative procedure.
