The SDA is a business requirement led group that provides early technical and procurement assurance to business areas before they commit to spend or procure. The group meet fortnightly to review requests from business areas for new IT spend to will consider the strategic alignment with the IT principles. The SDA is also able to offer help and advice to business areas.
