The dwelling spine will be a database holding anonymous data about dwellings in Wales. It will initially hold a list of addresses for every dwelling in Wales, which will constitute the ‘spine’. Additional information about the dwellings will then be added to the database over time from other data sources, be that administrative, surveyed or modelled.
