Thank you for your request which I received on 9 May 2022. You asked for the following information in relation to Lynn PR: 

• How many contracts with Welsh Government have Lynn PR won or been granted since 2019? 

Lynn PR were appointed to the NPS framework in Dec 2021. They have been awarded one job since then.

• What were they for and what was their value?  

They were awarded the Children & Young People Communications Audit - £60k.

• Was this work commissioned outside of the NPS Integrated Campaigns & PR Framework NPS-CS-107-20 or as part of the framework?  

They were commissioned under the NPS Framework.

• Who commissioned this work and what access did / have Lynn PR had to the work carried out by other external agencies?  

The work was commissioned by Education, Social Justice and Welsh Language Department. As no clarification has been received in relation to the second part of the question above, we are unable to progress this part of your request. If you wish to provide further clarification following this disclosure response then we will consider again.
