Information requested

Thank you for your request which we received on 16 April 2022. You asked for:

1. A copy of a letter referred to in correspondence between Wimpey and the WDA, the letter being dated 24 February 1999.
2. In the same correspondence, the WDA refers to a layout plan 1439 11-09B and landscaping plan 1439 02 01G.  You asked for a copy of these plans.

Our response

On question 1, I have searched our paper and electronics records, but have not located the information requested. Relevant files were disposed of in line with normal retention schedules for such information.

On question 2 I have searched our paper and electronic records, and have been advised that the WDA Land Division file has been disposed of. Thus the layout plan, 1439 11-09B is not available.

I was, however, able to locate a copy of the landscaping plan, 1439 02 01G, and this is attached.
