Thank you for your request which I received on 14 April 2022. You requested the following against a number of listed bodies: 

1. the number of meetings held in each calendar year from 2011 to 2021 (or from whenever the entity in question was created or established until 2021, if later); and

2. the cost in maintaining the same, again broken down by calendar year and over the same period.

In answer to your questions:

1. As shown on the WNAC organisation page, the committee met annually from 2015 - 2018. From 2018 onwards it approves or rejects domain name applications on an ad-hoc basis.

2. The duties required for this committee are carried out during staff members normal day to day work at no additional cost.
