Relating to the inspection of the A487 near Commins Coch -
The documentation relating to the inspection referred to and in particular the conclusions of the inspection as regards the assessment of risk posed by the road at the relevant location.

1. What, if any, steps were taken as a result of this inspection.
2. The details and conclusions of any further inspections which have been undertaken at this site since 26 November 2019.
