Information requested

Thank you for your request which I received on 28 January 2022.  The information you have requested is detailed in annex 1.

Our response

The information you have requested is attached.  The contract was extended with CGI UK on the 22 October 2021 for 12 months until 30 November 2022, as provided for in the contract, as signed on the 21 November 2019. 

Please be advised that there is a further 12 month extension provided under the contract, which should it be activated will result in the contract expiring on 30 November 2023.

HRIS Replacement Partner (Development integration for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR solution for Welsh Government) contract was awarded in January 2022.

This contract covers the development, integration for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR solution for Welsh Government Setup and migration, Training and Ongoing support contracted separately during the project period to commence once the previous elements are complete.
