With regard to the inquiry into the alleged leak of information to a third party in advance of the then First Minister's dismissal from the Cabinet of the late Carl Sargeant AM, you asked for the following information:
publication of all sections of the inquiry report relating to the conclusion there had been a disclosure by the then senior special advisor authorised by the then First Minister.
The leak investigation closure minute to the Permanent Secretary was published in full by the Welsh Government on 11 July 2019. There was no other report.
