Thank you for your request which I received on 26 December 2021. You asked for the following information:

the number of fines issued for people not working from home (both employees and employers) during the first lock down and also, how was this rule policed?

Following a search of our records, I can inform you that the Welsh Government does not hold any information that falls within the scope of your request.

Individual compliance under the Regulations is enforced by Police Forces in Wales.

Business and employer compliance with the requirements under regulation 16 (to 
undertake risk assessments and put in place reasonable measures) is enforced by Local Authorities
